How long will my order take?+
It depends on the piece. Anything we hold in stock is dispatched within 1 business day and reaches you in 2–4 business days. Pieces marked "handmade to order" are finished by hand for you, so allow about a week — occasionally up to two. Each product page tells you which applies before you buy. Why isn't everything in stock?+
Online only, no showroom — that is how handmade pieces cost less here. It means a little more patience on some pieces, and prices that aren't padded to cover unsold stock.
Can I cancel a handmade-to-order piece?+
Yes — any time before it is dispatched, for a full refund. Just reply to your order confirmation.
Where do you ship from?+
From the Waikato, New Zealand. We are online only — no showroom — and every order is tracked; 1–3 business days nationwide, a day or two more for rural addresses once dispatched.
Do you have a shop I can visit?+
No. Being online only is deliberate: no shopfront, no rent, no warehouse of unsold stock, so the same atelier-made pieces cost you less. Every piece is photographed honestly and you have 30 days to return it if it is not right.
Do prices include GST?+
Yes — all prices are in NZD and include 15% GST. A tax invoice is emailed with your order.
Can I pay with Afterpay?+
Yes. Choose Afterpay at checkout to split your order into 4 interest-free payments. Laybuy, Apple Pay, Google Pay and all major cards are also accepted.
Is your silver real sterling silver?+
Yes. Pieces marked 925 are solid sterling silver (92.5% silver). Some are unplated, some rhodium-plated for a brighter white finish — it's always stated on the product page.
Will it tarnish?+
Unplated silver slowly darkens with air and moisture and polishes back easily. Plated pieces keep their colour longest when kept away from perfume, sweat and water. See our care guide.
How do I find my ring size?+
Use our size guide: measure a ring you own or wrap a strip of paper around your finger. Our sizes are listed in KR with NZ/AU and US equivalents.
Can I return a piece?+
Unworn pieces can be returned within 30 days for a refund or exchange. Faulty items are always repaired, replaced or refunded under the Consumer Guarantees Act.
How much is delivery?+
North Island $9.90, South Island $13.90, complimentary over $150. Rural delivery addresses add $6.00. Need it for a date? Email us first and we'll tell you honestly whether it can make it.
Do you offer gift wrapping?+
Every order arrives in our signature box with a care card. Add a note at checkout and we'll handwrite a card for you.
