These terms apply to purchases made from oria.co.nz, operated by MYNZ Limited (NZBN 9429047192508).
Orders & pricing
All prices are in New Zealand dollars and include GST. An order is accepted when we email your confirmation. If a pricing or stock error occurs we will contact you before dispatch and you may cancel for a full refund.
Payment
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Afterpay, Bank transfer. Afterpay and Laybuy purchases are subject to those providers' terms.
Delivery
Risk passes to you on delivery to the address you provide. Please check your address carefully; we cannot redirect parcels once dispatched.
Returns
See our shipping & returns policy. Your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 are not affected by anything in these terms.
Product descriptions
Natural stones vary in colour and inclusions; small differences from photographs are part of their character and not a fault. Dimensions are approximate.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand.
